What’s Chair yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for the support. All you need is a steady chair and a bit of space around you. Perfect for all levels, as it’s a gentle practice and strengthen your body awareness.
In Chair yoga class
Whilst sitting on a chair, stretch your body with the rhythm of your breath, feel the sensation in your body, and focus on the present moment. It creates relaxed body awareness and allows yourself to bring your yoga practice a little closer to your everyday life.
Office yoga / Classroom yoga
How many hours a day do you sit on a chair? Wouldn’t it be great if the chair becomes your yoga practice space?
I offer visiting your office or classroom to do 30 – 60 minutes of Chair yoga class.
