What Yoga Style?
The style of yoga is Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, which means that you coordinate movement with your breath to flow from one pose to the next. I usually like to guide the class with the flow of slow movement. However you are welcome to find your own rhythm and move energetic and vigorous if you feel so.
In Tadaima yoga class
You will experience meeting the centre of your being by focusing on your breath, the gravity, and the sensation arising at the moment. I corporate creative Hatha yoga, self-massage like yoga and chair yoga in the class.

Wednesday & Thursday 7:30-8:30am
Tuesday 9-10am & Friday 6:30-7:30pm (In Japanese)
