What Yoga Style?yoga-1989598_1920

The style of yoga is Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, which means that you coordinate movement with your breath to flow from one pose to the next. I like to guide the class with the slow movement. However you are welcome to find your own rhythm and move energetic and vigorous if you feel so.

In Tadaima yoga class

You will experience meeting the centre of your being by focusing on your breath, the gravity, and the sensation arising at the moment. I corporate creative Hatha yoga, self-massage like yoga and chair yoga in the class.

What should you wear/bring to the class?

Please wear something comfortable to move and stretch your body. As long as you’re not cold and feel comfortable, we will practice yoga with bear feet. There are yoga mats in the studio. You might want to bring a bottle of water to hydrate yourself or a towel to wipe your sweat.

As well as regular classes, I offer a private class available as a 1-to-1 or as a group with up to 5 students.

Pranassage®

Pranassage is a creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation in your multi dimensional self. You don’t need to know anything about yoga. You can just lie down on the yoga mat and I will bring your body to various yoga postures.  You and I both will experience being fully in the present moment and witness sensations and emotions arising and passing away.

In the Session

All you need is to relax and lie down on the yoga mat. By receiving Pranassage, you will feel rejuvenated, balanced as a whole, and come back to the centre of your being like coming home to who you are.

Chair yoga

What’s Chair yoga?chair

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Perfect for all levels including people who cannot stand or move easily from standing to seated positions.

In Chair yoga class

You will be mostly siting on the chair to practice yoga, yet you can receive the benefit of it efficiently. If you are doing yoga regularly, you might realise how easy to stretch your body by the support of a chair and  how creative you can get from the simple tool we use everyday.

If you’re interested in yoga but you think it’s too much of physical exercise then chair yoga class will be the one for you.

I can visit your office or classroom to do 30 – 60 minutes of Chair yoga class 🙂
